It's that time of year again! I am planning to call to make reservations for the Cardinal Cafe for all who want to join us for lunch prior to going to the boat show on 1/28/12. The Cardinal Cafe is adjacent to the Fair and Expo Center where the boat show is held. Count me in with 1 maybe 2 others. Never know if I will make it for sure or not (might have to bring the lil one this year since J might be slated to be out with friends that day)

Can't wait to see several of you at the Cardinal Cafe and boat show tomorrow! Hope to meet some new people.
Even would enjoy seeing you CN, still like you in person. I just don't know why we can't get along on the internet.

Re: Louisville Boat Show-Cardinal Cafe' Reservations 2012
If you have not gone to the Louisville Boat show I would suggest not going unless you only care about a pontoon or open bow runabout. NO cruisers, NO houseboats, and no real variety as it was all open bow boats, ski boats, and pontoons. HALF OF THE NORMAL SHOW AREA WAS CLOSED OFF AND WAS BEING USED FOR SOME Teen Dance Competition. It left a very crowded and small selection show. I bet Lexington's little show tops it. I wish I would have not wasted my money on it. GLAD I got to meet up with fellow boaters and friends at the Cardinal Cafe and the food was good as usual BUT I wish I would have done something else with my time and money afterwards. I will not go the Louisville boat show again until I hear RAVING REVIEWS from others. And hear about boats being there that are cool to look at. Miss seeing the big cruisers I can not afford etc. What are your thoughts?
Whats up with ole Lock? Did not take any pics of the show, would have been a waste of electrons.

I was really slacking with my camera this year, the only pics I took were on my phone and were of me and Avery, lol. No pics of the get together at my house, but I wish I would have gotten one of cousin Ronnie eating the apple out of the apple pie mason jar...then taking a nap in the hot tub! lol

Re: Louisville Boat Show-Cardinal Cafe' Reservations 2012
Thanks to LCA for making lunch a good time for all of us... I just hate that there never seems to be time to talk to everyone. Even at the boatshow I only got to see the skiing squirrel and that was about it. Kept running into people I have not seen since back in the boating season. Oh well, I may head to the Lexington Show one day this week... If anyone wants to go yell. I may even go boating Tuesday...
