A Russell County man is behind bars accused of trying to rape twin sisters.
Michael York, 38, was arrested Sunday night in Russell Springs.
State Police told LEX 18, York raped a young woman inside her home, they broke into the woman's twin sister's house and tried to rape her, but she got away and called police.
Troopers said when they made contact with York, he resisted arrested, but was eventually taken into custody.
York faces a long list of charges, including rape, attempted rape, sodomy, burglary, menacing, and public intoxication.
York is being held in the Russell County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
It's unclear how York knew the two women.
