Quote from an Old banker friend
( Have been researching various scenarios. The landscape is changing fast. The economy is crumbling fast. On one hand I feel folks are getting a bit too negative; on the other, we are shifting from incentives to reward capital to rewarding the inept and unproductive & unions....it is necessary to get ahead of the curve in this deal. A lot of legislation was passed in an atmosphere of fear following 911, now the population is becoming more scared daily about economic survival. In other words, the field for adverse change has been tilled-and it appears we have socialism on the burner disguised as 'shared-sacrifice.' Like many, I dig for a home run.....might be, just have to try to keep what you have. Hope the American spirit of our founding fathers can survive. )
