It worked for me now. Good video, very interesting stuff. When we were in Canada over the holidays we heard actual commercials where the government were trying to get people to turn in their guns by offering some kind of coupons for goods. I didn't hear it all but even to me it sounded crazy.

I'm not a gun person, never owned one and probably never will. I don't support taking people's guns away from them but I fear the situation going the other direction and I see it all the time. I'm talking about escalation, why should people be able to purchase an automatic assault rifle at the local gun store? I do understand that if we don't escalate the criminals will. To me it is a lot like an arms race. I hate it but I do understand it!

If you go by the reason we are allowed to have guns is to keep the government in check (a right given to us by our founding fathers) then why couldn't we have fully auto weapons? But... YOu can not buy them at your local gun store and the "assault" weapons you speak of are nothing more than fancy looking deer rifles since they are only semi automatic thus not having any more firepower than the old .30 .30 that someone took out to git sum grub.

I didn't know that about the fake assult rifles, that makes me feel a little better.
I have heard that "Protect Ourselves from our government" but does anyone here ever expect that to come to reality. That would be VERY scary!!!!
