Anyway if YOU ever get any like this in a e-mail just download it to your computer from your e-mail, then come here and go to the proper forum then start a new topic like you always do.
THEN
Type your text in, scroll down below the submit button and hit the browse button next to file name. Find your file and hit submit
OR you can hit add the file and once it is uploaded you can place it in your post where you want instead of it being at the bottom. That part is extra Just remember browse and submit!
