Interest Rates 4.5% for 30 Years?

Post by LCK »

It sounds like you may be able to get a 30 year fixed rate at 4.5% in the near future. :D Might be time to refinance
My armoritazation book that I use goes from 6% to 17% so this has to be a good rate. It must have been printed when Jimmy was Pres.

Marina/Ramp: Currently mostly out of Jamestown but spend a lot of time at the other Marinas.

Pre2012-Conley Bottom Mostly, Waitsboro, Alligator I&II ramps, Leesford, Pulaski County Park (when it has water), Grider, State Dock (via boat), and Jamestown are a few places you might find me.

Sounds good for me, when I got my home my loan was for 5.75 fixed so that would help a lot.

Yeah! Penalize the old, responsible people! X( X( We figured out it's better for us to start spending some of it! And if we screw up, someone will just bail us out, right? ;;)

:ymparty: That's it, I know how I am going to retire....

1. Sell all stocks, etc (turn everything into cold hard cash).
2. Pay off my mortgage.
3. Get a bunch of frickin credit cards ( will get lots cause my credit is superb).
4. Put everything into the kids names.
5. Live high on the hog (I'll buy one of E's) for the rest of my goddamn days, leave the friking debt to the world, haha hehe,

This can all happen very easily.... very scary.

No chit. I think the banks were bettin all of those people with a beer budget and living in champagne houses just might be able to keep them???? (not saying it's a bad thing, been there, actually been on a bean & bacon diet for many years) How stupid has our "financial system" become. I blame the banks for many a repo, sell at a loss, and any other way. Along with the realtor. Can't count how many people lost a home 6mo-1yr after moving in because the property tax and other expenses were not spelled out to people that have never owned a home. They think... I'm paying 900 in rent, house payment only 700, $h1t, I'm saving 200 a month... :| #-o comes back to greed from the bank and realtors.... :(
