Things like this are a vicious circle, you convince people to stop eating meat one day a week, what happens to all the farmers that raise cows, the meat packing plants the people who work the meat counters at the supermarkets! Sure these are wonderful idea's and they serve some long term purpose but do we ever stop to think about the trickle down affect of our actions or do we just see what is on the imediate horizon.

Don't get me wrong, the guy probably understands what he is saying but does he really understand....or maybe the correct term is 'care'......what the results of his actions are. Everything we do along these lines has an affect on someone down the line and we need people that can not only provide the facts but also be able to provide alternatives or idea's that will not cripple someone else.

Crap, there I go again! :ymhug:

btw, I have no connection (directly) the meat industry.
Brrrrr!
