clip:
"The government's been lying to people for years. Politicians make promises to get elected, and when they get elected, they don't follow through," says Cindy Wanto, 57, a registered Democrat from Nemacolin, Pa., who joined several thousand for a rally in Washington on April 15 — the tax filing deadline. "There's too much government in my business. It was a problem before Obama, but he's certainly not helping fix it."
Majorities in the survey call Washington too big and too powerful, and say it's interfering too much in state and local matters. The public is split over whether the government should be responsible for dealing with critical problems or scaled back to reduce its power, presumably in favor of personal responsibility.

It is amazing how even the people who voted for Dems are turning tail now.... I even bet the "minority" is wondering when the rent check is coming in...
This is truly a major issue. I don't think I have ever seen anything like the unrest today. Maybe it has been there and I just didn't give a hoot at the time. I have no idea where it's going to go either. Scary.

Re: Poll: 78 percent don't trust big government
Does anybody really know why the fought to get tha Bill passed so quick??? Think about this, it was on the news this morning. We have 8 months to forget about it. That is what the Dems are counting on. Americans have a short memory span when it comes to this stuff. The bill is passed, and really won't kick in for a few years. The American folks will see very little if any change in our health care. So the dems are counting that we all say "well I guess that it really wasn't all that bad" and that they will get thier votes back. It is our job to keep America thinking in the right direction. These people are corrupt, and evil. VOTE ALL THIER ARSSES OUT IN NOV!
