From the way it looks it will take about 10 to 15 Million worth of Infrastructure work to get the Marina and Lodge facilities into 1st. class condition so the facility can survive and provide services for the next 30 to 50 years.

This name has been kicked around as a possibility for quite a while but the only conspiracy was to get rid of guzballs! I too hope this means great things but know we have to give the guy a chance. The marina was aging when purchased 2 years ago and is not in better shape than it was then. There had been significant storm damage 4 years ago that was patched at (most of it didn't show because it was underwater). Don't let the purty new green roofs fool ya! GHD has a great location, solid customer base and some loyal employees. What it needs is a leader with a vision and a good infusion of money into the infrastructure. Hopefully we will get that.
