Celebrating New Year's Eve?

Post by katie »

Are you bringing 2010 in with a BANG or do you celebrate quietly at home with a loved one? :ymparty: :ymparty: :ymparty:

Me and Pappaw will probably go make some noise with our "brother elks" then all of our kids and grandkids are supposed to show up at the house on New Years Day to have a "family" party :ymapplause: :ymparty: (our first time to try this, we'll see how it goes, LOL) Games, Chili and sandwiches whenever you wanna eat...

:ymparty: Want to wish you all a very safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

We'll go to the vigil mass, then home for a quiet celebration. We're pretty good at amusing ourselves. ;) ;) We have hosted several gathering this holiday season and are jist about partied out. ;) ;)

John and I wish you all a most blessed New Year! :ymhug: :ymhug:

For us it will be a formal affair at a downtown Louisville hotel. Big party with open bar and a room over looking the river(too d@mn expensive for me but it was her idea). About 12 of us going. At least no one has to drive. :ymapplause:

Everyone have a safe and happy New Year.

Staying home with a few friends coming over...plan to talk to my girl who is in Scotland on Skype around 7pm which is midnight there. (Our first NYE this far apart...really liking this skype thing, like the future on the Jetsons! A phone with a webcam!) Mostly we will be having a few drinks, playin the wii or some cards, and possibly jumpin in the hottub before the night is over. Got the champagne chilled, cheeseball made, shrimp ring in the fridge and bar stocked! Sounds like a perfect NYE to me! And I dont have to go anywhere/drive!! Life is good! :)
