Why would you get in the freakin car to get money for someone?

Two men took a woman for a wild ride in south Lexington Wednesday night.
Police say two men approached a woman outside of the Thorntons store on the corner of Redding Road and Tates Creek sometime after 8 p.m.and asked her for money. She voluntarily got into their car to get some cash from her purse and the men took off with her still in the car. Investigators say the men stopped in the Pimlico Parkway area and held the woman at gunpoint.
The woman was able to escape and call 911.
Police continue to investigate the incident. They are looking at surveillance video from the Thorntons trying to piece together the incident.
Now I'm gonna spend a lot of taxpayers $$ to try to prove it.
