If you pay close attention you can see some of the entrances up and down 75..if i remember correctly the city used some of them for water,sewer,gas,and electrical routes.

Makes me sad, what a waste. Imagine hopping in from downtown and going to the zoo, the malls out of town, etc. Maybe even under or over the river and to the airport, Newport, etc.
