Renter Occupied 35,834,000
Vacant Homes for Rent 4,012,000
Vacant Homes for Sale 2,227,000
Vacant Homes Held off the Market Houses Used Occasionally 2,029,000
Houses Vacant Year around 1,063,000
Vacant Houses for Seasonal Use 4,785,000
Technically, with total disregard as to condition or location or suitability....there are 15+ million vacant or under utilized houses in the USA.
