4.0 Earthquake Rattles Southeast Missouri

So, did anyone feel it and how far away from it were you? Soak?
What kind of earthquake would it take out on that fault line to hurt the Wolf Creek Dam or the dams/locks for Land Between the Lakes?
If there was a quake right at the dam what is it supposed to be able to withstand?

Earthquake Rattles Southeast Missouri

The U.S. Geological Survey reports an earthquake in southeast Missouri.
Officials say the quake happened around 5 a.m. EST and measured about 4.0 on the Richter scale. The quake was centered around 5 miles northwest of East Prairie, Mo.
WPSD in Paducah reports residents in the area felt the tremor.
So far there are no reports of damage or injuries.
