Why do some have x number enrolled but NONE listed as testing.


Something seems ODD there.

I have no idea why....thank goodness this BS was implemented after I retired. These federal programs crammed down the throats of local districts never make sense. Seems like we all made it through okay when we either passed or failed the curriculum required for a particular year. I know it sound trite but how about getting BACK TO BASICS! Sheesh!
