Denny's Free Breakfast

Saw this article and read the last sentence. Made me laugh.

It isn't enough that venerable greasy-spoon chain Denny's spent million of dollars on its Super Bowl advertising Sunday. In an attempt to lure health-unconscious diners back into the corporate-kitchen fold, all 1,500-odd Denny's locations nationwide are giving away free Grand Slam breakfasts until 2 p.m. today. All you have to do is show up, stand in line, sit down, and stick your face on the plate. For the uninitiated (i.e. non-truckers or anyone who didn't hang out with clove-smoking, Denny's-squatting drama geeks in high school), the Grand Slam consists of two eggs, two sausage links, two strips of bacon, two pancakes, and, in today's case, an extra $5.99 in your pocket that you won't be spending on breakfast/lunch. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, Denny's welcomes you to stay home today and eat $h1t.

I do not know how they have survived for the past 10 years ??? many are very dirty, poorly managed and the Food is Sh--------t

Think of how many hungry children this could have fed in this country... That would have made me want to give denny's a try again.
