Yes, I too relieved myself into the lake to the tune of several gallons this yr. I guess I'm the culprit fir the slick the dude is crying about over on cumberland.com. Guilty as charged. =)) =)) =))

I must be a freak of nature. 25yrs never seen a so called "slick". It seems to be a problem on your end of the lake. And not so much on the west end. Maybe it's the deep water, who knows.

As I pump my tank out every other weekend at State Dock, I still know this .....people will continue to dump loads until ALL marinas have pump out stations for FREE.
I know Cave Springs recieved a grant to install one and to this day, they haven't.

So, everyone needs to STFU until this happens. Every yr this subject gets brought up, and us cruiser folk get blamed for it. It's played out. Let it the fuk go!!!!!

=)) =)) :ymapplause: . I aint never seen a slick either. I would bout bet Harmons water is fuller of...stuff than any 2 slicks put together. I know of an enclosed pontoon rigged for striper fishing with a trap door chit hole cut in the floor of the cabin.

I have mostly seen them between Camp Earl Wallace and Conley Bottom. I hear the creeks near Grider over to the Dam have the issue as well but I have thankfully never seen one there.

Folks can't just give up and shut up. By keeping it out in the open maybe enforcement of the current laws will start happening. No one should be blamed but the people doing it. ___ you have a cruiser but even when you were at a Marina that did not pump out you went out of your way to go get a pump out thus you are a great example of what people SHOULD be doing. There is no excuse for it and people like yourself prove that. I can't see anyone pulling this stunt in Harmon because they would be caught instantly. The stench can be quit repulsive and people would be kickin other peoples butts pretty quick.

That plus the fish and wildlife are almost always there and it would be a dumb idea even for one of these idiots that do the dumping.

But to what you said about one getting a grant and not putting the station in... If that is true that is some real BS on their end. :(
