Great day on the lake
Well I finally got some time to take the kids boating over the weekend. We headed out of CBR Saturday afternoon on a slow trip to LFM to get diesel fuel since CBR does not carry it.

Re: Great day on the lake
Did I mention the boat is for sale?
It's a beast!!! She'll run 40 MPH and sleep 6 comfortably. The boat has the Volvo IPS system that makes it easy enough for our kids to dock the thing. 3 TVS/DVDs, A/C in the cockpit and even has a central vacuum system!!

Re: Great day on the lake
That is EXACTLY what I am looking for (but can't afford! - actually as I look at pic again, she is probably bigger than I think - is that a 37 footer?). But just out of curiousity, specs? price? why are you selling?

Re: Great day on the lake
That one is a 2008 Formula 40PC. The only reason I'm selling it is because I work for Hilltop Marine
If I owned it I'd not sell it
More info on the boat:

We also have a 2005 40 PC for sale:

Dang it! We were hanging out in the mouth of white oak when you went by and I wondered if it was you. I thought I had your phone number to send you a text, but couldn't find it. We wanted to take a look at it. Kids keep saying we need to ditch the condo and buy a houseboat, wife and I are thinking cruiser.could be years away, but ya gotta start looking sometime.........
You didn't happen to pull up an extra anchor when you came back to white oak, did you? I managed to leave mine there.

Re: Great day on the lake
You should have chased us down. I wasn't running much over idle speed when I got back in the creek. You know how evil the wake can be on those big cruisers. I either want to run it 30-40 MPH using the trim tabs or under 10 MPH. The last thing I want to do is swamp someone. I didn't find your anchor but I know the feeling.
Were you still out there when the 50ft+ Sea Ray was throwing the huge rollers back in White Oak Creek with a wake surfer behind the boat? Looked like a fun surf ride.

We left just as he was heading in to white oak.
I can only imagine the wake he was putting out.
