Who knew fruits and vegetables could be so naughty.
PETA says NBC has refused to air its ad featuring hot models “loving” fruits and veggies during the Super Bowl.
The network said the ad “depicts a level of sexuality exceeding our standards,” according to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, an often aggressive and controversial animal rights organization.
PETA on Tuesday, Jan. 27, said NBC objected to models doing the following:
licking pumpkin
touching her breast with her hand while eating broccoli
pumpkin from behind between legs
rubbing pelvic region with pumpkin
(pleasing) herself with broccoli
asparagus on her lap appearing as if it is ready to be (used sexually)
licking eggplant
rubbing asparagus on breast
