I CERTAINLY care and certainly agree.

I guess we are just not yet at that breaking point where we can afford to sacrifice our jobs etc. to counter this... ...as I am worried that might be the only way since it appears hard to get people in place to change it from within.

I for one I am piSSed off!!!!!

The scenario you just provided has been brought up and discussed for years...if broken down you could call it leading by dissention....keep people mad at something and the cant focus on other things...next thing you know you form this box that is your comfort zone and tolerate whatever happens outside it until your box is disturbed...and when it gets disturbed toleration takes over as long as the box remains...i lost my comfort zone years ago...

I think there are many of us that want to help and try to speak and do where we can within our limits and box but because of our families etc. do not cross over any further. I am sure I speak too much and already have too much attention in my direction.
The bad side for me is I know the longer I do not react the more those after me or more likely to have to deal with.


Or worse, they won't even realize that it is NOT supposed to be that way.

Unfortunately I was just a little young to be interested in the "goings on" at that time to really get involved. More worried about making my rent payment and having something to eat, lol. That was back in the day when the work ethic was strong and when someone got a good job, they didn't leave it. Small town girl here, a little rough the first year out of school. I was a part of keeping the danged union out of my factory job though and that made me feel good!
