Isn't this God's plan? I don't think it is the taxpayers place to replace hips on 80yr olds just because medicare will pay for it. I do feel there should be some major modification to the medicare payout program. Death panels....
JMO.
Just keep your insurance paid up and hope they don't screw ya.
