I'm all about calling out corporations for unethical conduct, illegal activity, etc. and I thought I might even support those that were rallying against corporate greed etc.

Until I saw the above linked news story with people holding signs that say tax the rich?

Really? Do they think the rich are not taxed? Do they thing if the rich were taxed more that some how that magically would not trickle back down to them?

And then I see a Unions yes/War no button? Really? Really? What did the unions do for the auto industry? THERE is some GREED! X(

IDIOTS. IMO

Carol Gay, of Brick, N.J., holds a sign saying "Tax the Rich," as several groups including the Peoples Uprisings, October2011 Coalition, and Occupy DC, "occupy" Freedom Plaza in Washington, Thursday, ...

That photo there ruined their message for me. 8-|

Most of these people don't even know why they are gathered. Mindless sheep, if you started a line in front of a brick wall people would line up behind you to see what was going on. It's really a result of the education being given to our children today.

The wages and jobs in this country continue to decline which is making the middle class disappear.
It has become harder to realize the American dream and people are angry. I believe things in our future are going to become very ugly. These kids were sold the idea if you go to college, jobs will be waiting for you. A few years ago the politicians answer to the loss of jobs, get educated, but even the educated can not find work. I don't hear the politicians saying that talking point anymore.

I think kids come out of college expecting $75K a year jobs, the reality of life is that when you are 20-30 years old you are not going to get to drive a new Beamer and live in an upscale neighborhood. Whoever sold you on that idea did you a grave dis-service. Now pick up your bottom lip and dig in like the rest of us have. Through hard work and determination you can be become very comfortable even in todays economy, but you might have to start a little lower than you have been told.

Why do you assume that many or any of them are college graduates? My bet is that many are not and probably most did not even attend college. More likely they are the same people who have been given the same opportunities as everyone else but decided early on to not do what they needed to do to succeed.
