Gawd I "hate" that word. 
I know many of you are non-smokers and could care less. But lets consider another BIG tax on gas and booze!
Or a big increase in a 'general' sales tax. My point is...enough of this Chit!!!
Government (Fed, state, and local) has to stop dipping into the taxpayers pocket everytime they need
"more money". This is really getting out of hand!
It's time they start operating like the 'general' public and make adjustments when their money is short.
Not just find ways to obtain MORE tax revenues.
