Never should a military matter be made a civil matter! Are we going to give them citizenship as well? Obama will be the commander in Cheif and he could push things along via the military if he wants to clear guantanamo out. (and I agree with him that he should but I don't like the how)

Civilian courts?, I guess they will get a public defender and bail hearings. What are they going to do if Bin Laden wants to pay their bail, let them loose on the streets of the US while awaiting trail. I just have to say that during the campaign I just had a McCain sticker on my truck, but I'm going to go out and put one one everything I own, so nobody will think I voted for this bonehead.
