If you pulled up the "Socialism Here we Come" thread, you will see that his website has been updated. But I thought of something new. He now wants people to serve the community and in reward for this you get 4k college credit towards your first year. Better yet....

How about all of those on welfare put in some community service each week? Don't want to work them too hard, but lets say, 15-20 hours for starters each week, break 'em in a little bit. You know, a little sacrifice for what they are given. Since welfare costs the government more than what they put towards college education, what do you say we, the community, gets something in return?

But you will say, "What about all the babies, what are the parents going to do when they are serving the community?" Thats where some of the servants will work in little community server day cares. You know, prep some people for jobs in the home health care and social services field.

Who knows, maybe this will spawn a new idea in American thinking, WORK? Since they now have to give something, maybe they might think WORK is a better option?

I have been saying for 20 years that every community in America should have a list of welfare reciepients to call for jobs within the community, city park needs cleaning up, call these folks, courthouse needs painting call up a few, low cost daycare centers ect.. the list goes on and on, of things every county and city needs done, that welfare reciepients can do.
