Widening of Island Ramp Road

Wolf Creek Marina, Lake Cumberland Island Ram Road in the process of being repaired and widened. The road bed has been extend about two feet on each side making the width around 18'. The contracting company has applied a rough coat of asphalt for the winter. The final paving will take place in the spring. Welcome to the new Wolf Creek Marina!

but if the road leading to the hill is still 10' wide what is the point?
