In our over-stimulated world, more and more people are seeking opportunities to disconnect from their devices, and re-connect with family, friends and the outdoors. By creating one site that allows guests to search for and book all types of outdoor vacations - camping, houseboats, lake homes, cabins, mountain homes - Great Outdoor Vacations is helping to make those re-connections happen.

Users currently have the ability to search and book campgrounds across the US. Over 60,000 camp sites are currently listed, with more being added each day. The release of the vacation homes search and rental is slated for the third quarter of 2018, with cabins and houseboats to follow. "We are excited to pull together all of these great outdoor vacation options for our guests, giving them the convenience of comparing and booking on one site. Gone will be the frustrating days of having multiple windows open on your device as you try to go back and forth comparing options," says Andrew Settle, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer. After their recent completion of seed funding, the company has started to hire a sales team to proactively reach out to independent campgrounds in multiple markets across the US.
