Old lady & the tetanus shot

Why Did the Old Lady Need a Tetanus Shot?
An old man in his mid-eighties struggles to get up from the couch then starts putting on his coat.
His wife, seeing the unexpected behavior, asks, "Where are you going?"
Husband: "I'm going to the doctor."
Wife: "Why, are you sick?"
Husband: "Nope, I'm going to get some of that Viagra stuff."
Immediately the wife also begins to put on her coat.
Husband: "Where the heck are you going?"
Wife: "I'm going to the doctor, too."
Husband: "Why, what do you need?"
Wife: "If you're going to start using that rusty old thing, I'm getting a Tetanus shot."
