Pretty close, E. It's actually the "Queen of the Mississippi" and is a relatively new boat in the American Cruise Lines Fleet. It's reported to actually be propelled (at least partially) by the paddlewheel but, alas, it's not a "Steamboat". It has modern amenities -but no steam boilers. When that photo was taken it was likely on the return leg of the St. Louis-Cincinnati-St. Louis cruise.

For anyone who has taken several "big boat" cruises throughout the Caribbean, to Alaska, Hawaii or even Europe, and found them to be "too crowded" or "too glitzy", you should try one of these River Cruises. More expensive than say, a Carnival Cruise, river cruises offer Americana at it's best and the scenery can't be beat. Sort of like a long journey in an elegant houseboat -except you get to relax and let someone else do all the work.
