Some great photos there..
This has been a historic event that we will all be talking about for a long time. My heart goes out to all those folks who have suffered loss during these storms and subsequent flooding.
Let's all hope that all this water doesn't damage Wolf Creek Dam any more than it is and hope that none of the marinas suffer major loss due to the inevitable high water.

I was thinking about the dam as well yesterday Bob. Maybe since south eastern ky did not get hit as bad manybe most of the run off will be to the KY, Licking, and Green Rivers instead of the Cumberland...
Speaking of the Licking River I think they said it is supposed to crest today. They were evacuating people last night while i was in Cynthiana. This morning on my way to work the Elkhorn was well into Newtown Pike in Southern Scott County.

No pictures but it was hell getting back to Somerset from Lancaster yesterday evening. US 27 was blocked just South of Lancaster. They let us go through when I went up there but would not let anyone back through when I was trying to return. I figured what the hell, I'll try 39, nope flooded. Then I figured I'd just take 52 to Richmond, nope flooded at Paint Lick. I ended up going to Danville to get to Somerset and still had to traverse some deep water. The usual 50 minute trip took three hours. BOY did I ever need a beer when I got home.
Keyboards should be equipped with breathalyzers
