Graphics Technician / Sign Shop Manager

Ok I need someone that can do what is listed below and take care of the place like it belongs to them. I know it's a dream but you got to try.

Local sign company is looking to hire a full-time graphics/production technician with 1 - 2 years of experience in the sign industry and/or graphic design.

Sign industry experience is strongly preferred so please only respond to this ad if you have experience. Big bonus if you have a design background.
You must be detailed orientated with good communication & strong people skills with the ability to work, not only with co-workers, but direct client contact as well.


The position will be responsible for the following;
- Operation of large format digital printers. This includes daily cleaning, maintenance and trouble shooting (if needed).
- Setting up files in RIP software for printing.
- Operation of vinyl plotter and vinyl cutting software.
- Operation of large format cold laminator.
- Manufacturing of signs including weeding vinyl, applying cut vinyl and large format graphics and cutting materials.
- Installation of graphics to vehicles and onsite windows/interiors.

Looking for someone who is a self starter that can work well within a team or on their own.
