Parasails are ok though!

Speaking for the Corps (not KYDFW regs) we do allow parasail’s.
Title 36 Chapter 111 section 327.3 (g). They must not be operated in a restricted area, in a careless/reckless manner that would endanger any person, property or environmental feature. Also they cannot be operated for a fee unless through an approved lease agreement.
