Monticello Free Dumping Days today and Wednesday 8-3PM

Free dumping days will be held today and Wednesday, from 8AM til 3PM at the Recycling Center located off North Main Street in Monticello - behind Rite Aid. No tires, building materials
or hazardous waste will be accepted. For more info - call 307-5065

What I don't get is that they say no tires . Heck that is one of the MAIN things they should take if they want to clean the county up. They didn't say no old boat hulls so you could drop those off. lol

I'm guessing it might be because of the fee charged on the disposal of used tires.

My county allows tires as this might be the only way to get them out of nature.
