Steve Beshear are you an idiot? REALLY? The one part of the State Govt. that draws people in to the state and brings LOTs of money to the state and you plan on shutting them down? What part am I speaking of? THE STATE PARKS! And to top it off he specifically mentioned the HORSE PARK during a year that we are having such a huge event Lexington has been turned upside down for 2 years trying to prepare for it. Never mind Steve don't bother answering, YOU MUST be an idiot. Why not shut down your cabinet and staff. That should save some money and they don't help me any.. You are making KY look really bad at a year THE ENTIRE WOLD has their eyes are on us!

The governor said this would be the first time in the state's history that services are shut down because of a lack of an enacted budget.

At least when Ernie Fletcher had this same issue with them not passing a budget he had the balls to use his executive power and put through his own budget! I bet some people that voted for you are thinking that same thing right now...

Hey Boaters that use the STATE PARKS, think about it for a minute... Burnside Island STATE PARK, LAKE CUMBERLAND STATE PARK above the State Dock will be shut down... This is NOT good. I sure hope too many travelers don't hear about this and let it change their plans to come to this state and spend their hard earned money.

Even if it is, it should not have been. That part should have been kept quiet. The only reason I post it is because its already on the news and elsewhere on the net so now we need some letters to the people that decide what happens.

He'll probably tell us soon that the only way the parks can survive is if we allow casinos inside of them.

While I'm not against casinos at all I am against the shady ways he's tried to get them in the state. So far, he's failed every time.

Everytime there has been something like this is was a tactic of his to help his casiono buddies. In my opinion.

Exactly, many of his campaign funds came from people wanting to open a casino in KY on the promise he would get them legalized here.

Just cross the river to the North and visit one of the Casinos with 80% of the vehicles sporting Ky. tags ???

Remember, they Bring all those winning's back south across the river and spend it at your local Mickydeeees
