2012 Louisville Boat Show?

Post by E_ »

Hey,

Just forwarding a message to the Louisville Boat show goers...

Best Western has e-mailed me looking to see if you all would like them to quote for group rates. To me this one looks to not be a good site but I will leave that up to you. I told her the 653 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY site might be more of interest to you guys.

Later

E

Wendy

I had sent a note back to the quote site that we made contact on that the group had gotten rooms elsewhere. Sorry I did not know you would not get a notification about that. However if you have similar individual rates you or I could post the rates and info on my site page that they are discussing it on in case anyone else still needed a room.

I wanted to check in and see if you was ready to book your rooms for your upcoming visit to Louisviile. We can still honor the rate of $59.00 rate. Please let me know if you still need the rooms.

Also, do you only handle the Bishop Lane one? I think it is a bit too far away for them and the Phillips lane one would be more of interest.

Thanks

I can pass that along. My guess is they will go with the Crowne Plaza again just because of location unless the room rate and shuttle are just too good to pass up.

Hell I'm not going but at least she is working hard. I like to spend my money with people that act like they want it. Not the ones that act like they are doing me a favor to take my money!

The easiest way would be to get somebody to help you with a degree in this stuff. I might know somebody, they will want the free room though! The also would not show up, since most of the friends have dropped the person.

lol @ $pare

But a good time to TTT, does anyone want to explore things further with them? They are offering a shuttle so distance is not as much of an issue I guess.

If you have not gone to the Louisville Boat show I would suggest not going unless you only care about a pontoon or open bow runabout. NO cruisers, NO houseboats, and no real variety as it was all open bow boats, ski boats, and pontoons. I wish I would have not wasted my money on it. GLAD I got to meet up with fellow boaters and friends at the Cardinal Cafe and the food was good as usual BUT I wish I would have done something else with my time and money afterwards. I will not go the Louisville boat show again until I hear RAVING REVIEWS from others. And hear about boats being there that are cool to look at. Miss seeing the big cruisers I can not afford etc. What are your thoughts? See here for a few pictures of the gathering. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5140&p=36296#p36294 AND A BIG THANKS TO LC ADDICT FOR getting the reservations.

Sorry to hear that 'E'. Kinda glad now that I was unable to attend. Especially coming from this far away!
Not even one house boat or cruiser huh? Pretty sad. :(

Same situation at the cincy show this year. Not even any cuddy cabins to look at. glad we went on dollar night and had free parking as that's about what the show was worth.
