We bought this 30 ft trailer new and it has either been under roof or tarp covered during the off-season. It does have some minor hail damage on the front, but no damage anywhere else. I did not have it fixed bc, I just didn't want to move it. It also includes a nice grassy area as well as plenty of shade over the site. We rarely had to used our awning.

The camper is very spacious with the super-slide. It includes an outdoor camp kitchen that includes a sink, fridge, and grill. I bought a full-size gas grill for the deck as well, which also will go with the camper. Also, in order to sell quickly, all of our supplies will go as well such as grill accessories, chairs, tools, deck sink/table, canopy to go around picnic table, hoses, ext. cord, winter cover, and multiple other items. I had the exposed propane lines converted to copper due to a heavy squirrel population. The camper has always been winterized.
