Word is out with the crew at SD that the sale is in the works. Supposed to be a buyer from Texas. Dock owner there also.

Sooo, find out. Is it just State Dock or State and Wolf Creek or more than that... Maybe even a Marina across the way.

We could not go to the dinner. Grand Kids in the ACH homecoming festivities.
