Harmon Creek list of what to bring
Posted: Wed May 20, 2009 10:59 pm
Ok, lets help Stone out and also create a list for anyone else that returns. We have cruiser people, runabout people and some very experinced houseboat people. NOT to forget some of the biggest Harmon creek return crew there is..
Lets base this list on every "5" people.
Please everyone reply to this with the quote feature and delete everything BUT the list and add on.. Also Make comments at the end of an amount if you disagree with someone. If a blank is left and you have the answer remove the blank and fill it in.
So... For every 5 people make sure you have this PER DAY:
1) 6 Life jackets
2) ______ small bags of ice
3) ______ large bags of ice
4) 24 bottles of Gatorade or Powerade
5) 1 LARGE trash bag
6) ____ ounces of beer (can is 12 oz, Keg=1920 oz, etc) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keg http://www.essortment.com/food/manybeerskegu_twzf.htm http://www.kegbooty.com/beers_in_a_keg.htm
7) 1 good flashlight in a known spot
8) 1 good fire extinguisher
9) 1 box of individual packs of chips http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product. ... d=10790826
10) unopened first aid kit (wal-mart)
11) Flare Gun (does not increase for more people)
12) LOTs of music and a way to play it
13) cell phone and way to charge it
14) sandwiches or meat and bread ( I like getting the Arbys regular roast beef maybe 8 or so per 5)
15) Make sure your rental will come with enough rope, if not bring some ____ feet of ____ size.
16) Cool props for the party like a funny banner etc.
17) 1 case of bottled water
18) coke - if you mix drinks etc.
19) SUNSCREEN - 1 aerosol can per day or 1 tube per 2 days.

Things you need to make sure you do and don't do
