Shirts for the Party

Below is a ROUGH draft of what the 2012 Spring Forum Party Shirts will look like.
On the front you will notice we used the LCK logo since it is one we all know and love as Lake Cumberland Lovers.
This turned out to be not only a better idea just for making a cool shirt but ALSO it ended up in a savings on the shirts as compared to last year. By partnering with LCK we got this set of shirts a little cheaper than last year as those prices for S, M, L, and XL were $9.30 each plus .43 S&H this year they will be $7 plus S&H for the same sizes. The S&H is not for bringing them down to the lake but instead to get them to me from LCK. The last couple of parties that has ran about $13-14 for the batch so the S&H depends on quantity. We also saved a little as I think LCK found another USA shirt supplier.

On the back you will see Logos for LakeCumberland.com, LakeCumberlandBoaters.com, and State Dock to continue to show the unity amongst the forums and to thank our key sponsors.

We have added the long sleeve option for this order.

Soooooo with the prices quoted below please understand there might be another .30 cents to .70 cents per shirt added to cover shipping as I am passing the shirts on to everyone for the price I pay for them.

These are all white shirts and all the graphics are the same color.

Adult small thru Adult xlg. - $7.00
Adult 2x are $2 more - $9.00
Adult 3x are $2.30 - $9.30

If you want a long sleeve shirt those will be the prices above PLUS - $2.15 per shirt.

You don't pay me enough to do that math for you... I only checked my XXL order and you have one more than you need (I think) so I am safe!

Ok all, here is the count I have tonight. Let me know ASAP first thing Sunday if anything is incorrect. This is just for the shirts. I have not yet added in whatever shipping LCK charges to get the shirts to me nor have I charged shipping if anyone needs me to mail the shirt to them.

I was not planning on ordering any extras. Its not too late, I have updated the sheet with your large long sleeve.

Ok guys this is the final copy. If you want to add anything you will need to contact LCK ASAP and see if he can make changes as I am going to be out of pocket for the rest of today. Plus I think he is putting the order in first thing this afternoon.

For those that ordered T-shirts I think LCK has put them in the mail to me so I should have them soon. If you ordered a shirt and will not make the party please message me your forum ID, your name and address, etc. I will then mail the shirts to you with an invoice for the shirts and the adding shipping charges. Otherwise I will have your shirts at the Lake Saturday Afternoon

When I got to the large long sleeves we were short one, one but there was a extra XL long sleeve (hoping maybe Bryant Babe and Raptorlvr might be able to figure something out or I can see what LCK can do. Everyone elses orderes turned out fine.

Bryant Babe did not order any Long Sleeve... At least as shown in this thread... Baja Babe did, but she ordered an XL... Are you sure you have not been on the bourbon?

Bryantbabe I am in luck! Raptorlvr said she would trade one of her L's for the XL I set aside for you!

Anyone that ordered shirts and did not make it to the party to get them. Please send me your name and address and I will mail your shirt to you and include the shirt price and the shipping charge. (unless you want to come to Lexington to pick your shirt up)

I have Bajababe's info and I think a couple others. I just have not had a chance to pack all of them up and get them ready for shipping since I got in Sunday from the party. I'll get to it this week though so if you have not sent me your info please do so via u2u/private message or e-mail.

Ok, I have Badluck, Bajababe, and Denmark's info to mail their shirts to them. (I'll try to get this done in the next couple of days)

RockinRod, MPII (thought I had yours but can't find it), and Lock5.

Just e-mail, U2U, PM me your address and I will mail the shirt to you with a invoice for the shirt and whatever shipping was. (unless you want to meet me somewhere).

I've got everyone's addresses. ....now I just gotta get to the post office in time.
