I have so been enjoying the lake when it was up, but couldn't believe how fast they are bringing it down. I haven't checked any official pages, but just speaking from what I saw this wknd. I was out on the water on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... the water seemed to have gone down at least 4-5 feet from Friday to Sunday!!! So now tell me how to figure out where that 1.75 liter bottle of rasberry vodka and Kim's tank top that slipped into the lake under my slip on Friday might be found, I was thinking of doing some fishin, lol.

Friday night? You weren't even around. I did get to enjoy a few cold ones with your husband though.

You are right. They are pulling her about 1.2' per day. In two weeks it will be back to 680'.

John said you had to go back to do some work. We seriously needed some adult supervision by then.

Actually we did have some cooking to do, we had a big cookout on Saturday and had to get the food ready. I really don't know why we do this as often as we do.... by the time we stay on the lake all day we would be just as happy with a sandwich and chips! lol


Adult supervision? We probably wouldn't have been much help with that at that point

so, with the lake lowering so fast, and the fact that i am bringing KIDS sunday.....how's about a trip, raft up at "little falls" sunday afternoon? who's in?
