It looks like for now the strongest is to your north but watch those thunderboomers tonight everyone on Lake Cumberland.

Be Safe!

There was a bunch of thunder and lightning last night. I always enjoy the storms, especially when we're at the condo and can sit on the screened in porch and watch it. On the other hand, our big dog hates them and won't quit barking at the thunder. Little dog, he doesn't care at all as long as he curled up next to my wife.

Shelby Co. has been declared a state of emergency. Not bad at my house but about a mile away I would be surprised if it WASN'T a twister. It looks like a war zone and I've been busy with claims this morning. :(

Friday night and Saturday night. Friday was the big one that did the most damage.

Rock and rolled here west of State/Jamestown docks about 2am. Some of the louder lighting strikes we have heard for awhile. Gravel washed down road, grass laid down near ditch. Thank you God for the rain!!!

Lots of thunder and lighting in southwestern Pulaski County. Ended up with 3 and 1/2" of rain overnight. :ymapplause:

Nice storm rolled thru here as well. Knocked out power, and didn't have anything other than the garage door opener with me. :(

Wife got home about half an hour later, and power came back on shortly after that.
