10TH ANNUAL KIDS FISHING DERBY
Saturday, June 7, 2014
Cave Lake Event Park on the Nick Cooley Farm located off Hwy 90
Free Event for Kids Ages 1-15 (To be accompied by Adult)
Adults May Fish With $5.00 Entry Fee
Fishing Times
9:00-10:00 Ages 1-5
10-30-11:30 Ages 6-10
12:00-1:00 Ages 11-15
1:30-2:30 Adults 16 and over
Registration begins at 8:00a.m. Each age group needs to register at least 30 minutes before fishing time. Trophies to be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and big fish in each age group.
There will be a casting contest with a 1st place trophy awarded for each kid’s age group. Adults 16 and older may fish the non-boat tournament with a $5.00 entry fee with trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and big fish.
FREE FOOD! DOOR PRIZES!
BRING YOUR OWN FISHING TACKLE AND BAIT!

July 4th Weekend (July 4th - 6th) Parking & Launch Ramp Plan
Launch ramp and lower launch ramp parking lot will be open for customers. Construction will be put on hold and temporarily cleaned up to enable parking in that lot. As always please comply with no trailer parking and trailer parking signs. ALL VEHICLES THAT PARK IN LOWER LAUNCH RAMP PARKING LOT NEED TO BE MOVED BY 6:00 am Monday, so construction can restart.
Please NO parking trailers on wall or in single vehicle spaces. Take trailers to top of hill in trailer lot parking. (Trailer lot parking has been moved to the south end of lot, new entrance has been added)
New parking lot will also be used for customer parking.
We will have a employee located at guard building to assist with any questions or directions. We will have shuttles available to transport customers around marina as needed. You will need to call office or see employee at that guard building to request a shuttle. Office 866-387-5501 or 606-387-5501.
